When you commit to the Full Pallet, we cover the logistics. We ship 480kg of concentrated heat directly to your door at no extra charge. This is the most cost-effective way to transition your heating to the circular economy.

• Delivery Mode: Palletised delivery with a tail-lift vehicle.
• Dispatch: Within 24–48 hours (Mon-Fri).
• Access: Ensure your delivery location has flat, hard-standing ground (concrete or tarmac) for the pallet trolley.

One COFFUEL pallet holds the same thermal energy as nearly two tons of seasoned logs, yet it occupies a fraction of the space. Because our pellets are "hydroscopic," they must be kept dry to maintain their 19 MJ/kg rating.

• The Bulk Storage Win: Keep the pallet in a garage, dry outbuilding, or warehouse. Our bags are heavy-duty and stackable, making them much cleaner and safer to store than a loose, bug-infested wood pile.
• The Garden Loop: Once you’ve burned through your stockpile, use the mineral-rich ash as a potassium-heavy fertilizer for your garden.
